Unreleased to the public and exclusively available as a friends-and-family limited edition in July 2019, the Travis Scott x Nike Air Jordan 4 Retro 'Purple Suede - Black Midsole' was sported by the Houston rapper at various events throughout the year. Adorned in purple suede with black grid mesh, matte lace wings, and semi-transparent eyestays, this sneaker features Scott's name under the left tongue and a striking red Cactus Jack logo on the right heel. Completing the design are visible Air technology and a translucent rubber outsole, providing a unique and standout finish.

The shoes seem well made and are very comfortable. I always insert orthotics in shoes, so I'm adding my own support. These are my first ever pair of shoes with elastic laces. They're difficult to tie. But, I'll keep using them for now. The climate in my area is very mild, so it won't be a tough test site for these shoes in hot or rainy weather. Good initial impressions.
