A subtle teal suede upper with rolled edges is accented by black details on the Swoosh, collar lining, and tongue interior. Featuring a chrome-plated heel counter with Kobe Bryant's signature and a 'Girl Dad' inscription on the tongue, this sneaker sits on a lightweight Phylon midsole with a responsive Zoom Air unit in the heel. The herringbone-traction rubber outsole reveals a carbon fiber shank plate for midfoot support.

These were great shoes before KSwiss replaced the comfortable contoured insoles with the flat memory foam insoles. I removed the memory foam insoles and replaced these with Walk Hero Plantar Faciitis insoles. With the high arch, these insoles restore the comfort of the shoes, and eliminate the need for additional costly orthotics.

They were alright/good for the first 6 months. There are two things I don't like about this shoe. They used a pink open cell foam under the insole that will get very petrydish like if/when you replace the insole. I wish they used closed cell foam and used a built in antimicrobial like microban silver phosphate. The tread makes a squeeling sound when walking on ceramic tile/marble it's somewhat embarrassing when your the only one with squeeking shoes at work. They are comfortable easy to put on I just wish they fixed those things & generally designed it to last longer instead of being a throw away item.

I was looking for something like the Keds I had as a child. I gave these a try because they seemed similar at a very good price. I wasnt expecting much. But they are really nice. Well made and exact fit.
