The Skate Like a Girl x Nike Dunk Low SB is a collaborative effort with the skate-centric non-profit organization founded in 2000. This special edition reimagines the classic silhouette with updated materials and custom artwork, creating a unique and meaningful design. The suede upper combines a neutral cream base with dark violet overlays, while a patterned scarlet Swoosh adds visual interest. Bringing a touch of luxury, plush corduroy is utilized for the collar lining and the exposed-foam tongue, featuring a woven tag proudly displaying Skate Like a Girl branding. I love these shoes! They are my everyday shoes! I originally bought them for a trip to Thailand as an easy slip on and slip off for sightseeing at the temples...it was perfect. I now use them just about everyday. They are very versatile and so comfortable! They were a bit bigger than I expected and I ended up exchanging them for a 1/2 size smaller as they stretch with use...and they were perfect.

I've been wearing New Balance cross-trainers for years. They've always been great. These hiking shoes continue that experience.
I bought these hoping for some additional ankle support. Though concerned about the fit and not trying them on, I matched the size of my NB cross-trainers, and hoped for the best. No surprise, they fit just fine.
Looking at them you can tell these are not the typical/traditional heavy hiking boots. They're more of a slightly stiffer high-top sport shoe. Like a sport shoe, they are much lighter than a more traditional boot. They do provide good ankle support, and have a little bit more cushioning than a sport shoe in the sole and ankles. The soles, though Vibram, are also more like a sneaker sole, but seem to provide a very good grip.
All in all, I like 'em.

These are comfortable shoes that fit well and have good soles that resist skidding. I have balance issues and these shoes are good to keep me from losing my balance and falling.

I buy these for my husband for work. They're the best shoes for walking on concrete floors that is wet and sometimes has grease spilled on it. These shoes last him about a year to a year and a half compaired to other cheap shoes that last a month at his work. They are worth the price and are a good quality. You can always buy soles for added comfort, but for my husband I assume they are comfortable enough because he has never complained about discomfort. I've bought him 3 pairs of these in the past 6 years.
