i've owned three pairs now, and i was able to get a little over 350mi out of each pair, i think. I generally like the cushioned running shoes, even though i don't log as many miles weekly as i used to (collegiately and post, about 60-70mi). nowadays i run several times per week and mostly cycle, but these shoes held up well to sporadic use, were comfy on the occasional half-marathon, and wore as well in the rain as in the shine.

These are great shoes for wearing out and about. Very eye-catching without being over the top (I ordered the red ones). I'm not sure I'd use them for heavy-duty athletic activities, though. They're designed to slip on easily, and I've found that they're not a particularly tight fit. Perfect for everyday wear, though. I ordered my normal size, and they fit just fine.

It's always a little nerve-wracking to order shoes online. You never know for sure if they will fit until they arrive. Thankfully, these shoes are true to size and fit my son's feel perfectly. He said they are comfortable and didn't require much of a break-in period. He is very happy with them.
