In commemoration of the 20th anniversary of streetwear brand founded by Keith Hufnagel, the HUF x Nike Dunk Low SB 'New York' pays homage to the late professional skateboarder's New York roots. This special edition features a tumbled leather upper, combining a navy base with clean white overlays and an off-white Swoosh for a sophisticated look. The HUF logo, accompanied by a jeweled mini-Swoosh, embellishes the toe box, while slender nylon tongues display woven tags showcasing Nike SB and New York City branding. Adding a personal touch, 'Keith Forever' is delicately embroidered across the heel tabs, which are positioned just above navy panels adorned with an embossed graphic showcasing a vintage NYC skyline. Further revealing its intricacies, the shoe's interior presents mismatched sockliners in HUF's distinctive lime green hue, displaying varying HUF and Nike SB branding. Lastly, with a careful incision along the leather quarter panel, a hidden tie-dye print on canvas is uncovered, paying homage to HUF's previous Dunk High collaboration in 2004. The first time I saw the "Backpack" line of shoes from New Balance, I knew that I'd one day be adding a pair to my collections of 574's. Nylon uppers just seems like a fantastic idea, since nylon is so easy to clean and keep clean. I liked the idea of being able to get them dirty, knowing that they'll clean up better then other 574's. Because of this, I might even wear them when I normally wouldn't want to get my shoes dirty.
I haven't had them long enough to make that decision, or know exactly how well they'll clean up, but there is something else different about them that immediately caught my attention. Ever since New Balance changed the manufacturing process for the 574's, I think they've been smaller and less comfortable then versions before that time. I just purchased another pair of 574's a couple of weeks back and noticed this immediately when putting them on, as I always do with a new pair of 574's nowadays.
This pair, however, feels more like the older 574's, because they're so comfortable. My first thought was that maybe they made them like the old ones, but after comparing them to numerous other pairs I have, both old and new, I don't think that's it. The soles still match the newer version (i.e. they're more narrow), but still, I'm pretty sure they have more toe room in the uppers, because they both look and feel as if they do.
I've been a little disappointed with every pair I've purchased, since they changed the manufacturing process, because they're just not as comfortable as they used to be. For whatever reason, these, however, seem closer to what I remember a new pair feeling like and that has me really happy. They are very comfortable shoes.

Super fast shipment on these shoes. Great quality. I have another pair the is 3 years old and still in great condition. I walk on cement floors all day and my feet feel great. Would buy this product from this seller again and recommend to others.

These shows are great to add a titch more style to an outfit than more typical sneakers, but they're still super comfortable. My feet don't typically require tons of cushion or arch support, so i caution those with bad feet or those who run a lot to maybe avoid these. I used to be a 50-60miles per week runner, and personally, i had to avoid these type of flattish-arched shoes or my feet would get sore / injured quickly. However, for the couple miles per day I walk in the city these days (in these shoes) and the 10 miles i run per week (not in these shoes), they work perfectly. Highly recommend
