The collaboration between MSCHF, INRI, and Nike resulted in a unique creation known as the MSCHF x INRI x Nike Air Max 97 'Jesus Shoes,' which offers a captivating feature of allowing the wearer to walk on water. Engineered by the Brooklyn-based creative agency MSCHF, this custom design incorporates 60cc of holy water sourced from the River Jordan and blessed by a priest in Brooklyn into the retro runner's Max Air unit. The immaculate upper is crafted from blue-tinged mesh with white leather overlays, adorned with a gold crucifix lace jewel and MSCHF branding on the left heel tab. The opposite tab showcases the acronym 'INRI' (representing Iesus Nazarenus Rex Iudaeorum, an inscription on the cross), while the lateral forefoot bears a reference to Matthew 14:25, a biblical verse symbolizing Jesus 'miraculous act of walking on water.

BOOM! I feel in love with these shoes about 2 years ago. I used to buy vans and Chucks but these have replaced them. To me these are more comfortable than Chucks and Vans. I remove the insoles and insert better quality inserts for long term walking most Chucks and Vans you cannot. The width at the front is wide making it comfortable on the foot. Biggest issue is there is a lot of shoe lace ties so it takes a little bit of time to adjust the tightness with the laces. My third pair Ive purchased.

The color of these is phenomenal, and the stitching is excellent. I really like them. I bought them for my daughter, who collects them, and she's so pleased with the color.

My size is 9-9.5, I read it was big so I purchased the 8.5, but it is large. I had to sell it to a friend size 9.5. But they are pretty nice.

I like the look and feel of these shoes. Very simple and low, comfortable basic sneakers. They look good, even though there is so much rubber on the sides. The fit is perfect in my experience. I usually take a 13 in sneakers and often a 12 in boots, but with some sneakers I have to worry about the width - not a problem here. These fit right, don't cramp, but also don't leave my heel lifting in the back.
The prices are all over the place depending on the size you get, but these seem like a steal when your size happens to be on the inexpensive end of that scale.
