The Nike Air Foamposite One 'DMV Cherry Blossom' pays tribute to the metropolitan area spanning D.C., Maryland and Virgina, where the Foamposite model has long maintained a presence on the regional sneaker scene. A metallic pink hue is executed on the molded Foamposite upper, contrasted by black nubuck trim throughout the eyestay and collar. Penny Hardaway's 1 Cent logo adorns the tongue and back tab, while a pull loop at the heel displays 'DMV' branding. Inside the shoe, a cherry blossom graphic covers the sockliner. Underpinning the retro hoops shoe is a translucent rubber outsole that reveals a herringbone traction pattern and an exposed carbon fiber shank plate.

i've owned three pairs now, and i was able to get a little over 350mi out of each pair, i think. I generally like the cushioned running shoes, even though i don't log as many miles weekly as i used to (collegiately and post, about 60-70mi). nowadays i run several times per week and mostly cycle, but these shoes held up well to sporadic use, were comfy on the occasional half-marathon, and wore as well in the rain as in the shine.

My husband loves this sneaker. What a relief as he is the most difficult guy when it comes to buying shoes. According to him, they never fit right. These sneakers look very nice right of the box. The insole is memory foam, so they are very comfy.
