First introduced by Penny Hardaway in 1997, the Nike Air Foamposite Pro is groundbreaking in both engineering and styling. This 'University Blue' option—arriving in January 2003—restyles the signature sculpted shell with a matte finish, full-grain leather trim and classic branding in a tricolor palette. Striped pull tabs aid entry into the internal mesh bootie. A carbon fiber midfoot arc, Air-Sole and rubber outsole repeat the scheme.

Since it took over a month to get these shoes, I thought I'd better keep them. In the future, I'll go to a local store. Easier to try on and since the stores are open again, that makes more sense.

I have the size 8. They have a weight of 8.25oz each. So they are quite lightweight. This is because the sole is Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (plastic). The upper is mesh and breathable. There is a nice padded footbed, which is removable. Slight bit of arch support. Not much padding around the heel / ankle. They are a little slick on the bottom. Very attractive look.
These shoes are Made in China and being sold by a Chinese company on Amazon. At the current price of 43 bucks, they are at least 10 bucks overpriced, but they are very attractive and nice overall.

At the time of this review, I have only worn these sneakers about 4 days so far, but so far they appear quite comfortable and the fit seems true to what is advertised.
I work retail, so I am on my feet/on the go for a majority of 8-10 hours a day on concrete floors, and these shoes offer ample support and cushioning throughout the day.
So far, these appear to be excellent shoes. I will revisit this review in about 3 months time to see how well they hold up to daily use, and update accordingly.

Really nice shoes, surprising detail and new shine. I'm not 100% sure how I feel about the brownish sole (actually sort of an odd version of brown) on black shoes, but the shoes still look great overall. They come with high end extras, like the stick inside the shoe to keep its shape, and a nice shoe bag - better than most of the ones you might get from hotels.
